You can visit Villa Mairea by making a reservation for a public tour or a group tour. Tours are available from Tuesday to Saturday and tours can be conducted in Finnish, Swedish or English. The tour takes approximately 40 minutes and the maximum number of people per tour is 20. Groups of over 20 people will be divided into at least two separate groups. When the other half is inside the house, the others can look at the surroundings of the house on their own.
Reservations should be made in good time before the intended time of the visit. Villa Mairea is partly in private use and visits are not possible at all times.
On a public tour:
adults 20e per person, students and senior citizens 12e per person
On a group tour:
If the participants are adults and there are less than 5 of them, the fee is our minimum fee 100e. If there are 5 or more participants, the fee is 20e per person.
If the participants are students or senior citizens and there are less than 7 of them, the fee is our lower minimum fee 84e. If there are 7 or more participants, the fee is 12e per person.
Payment is due on arrival. We accept cash and credit cards with a chip.

Instructions for visitors
The guided tour is conducted in the reception area of the lower floor. The upper floor and kitchen are in private use and not accessible for public. All the handbags and backbags should be left in the cloakroom for safety reasons. Villa Mairea’s garden is private, but the visitors can see also the garden on their own before or after the tour.
Please arrive in time. Our tours begin at a set time. It's not possible to join a public tour anymore if the tour has begun 30 or more minutes ago.
After the tour you can do some shopping in our museum shop.
Villa Mairea is not suitable for the disabled, and it’s not possible to move around indoors with a wheelchair.
It’s a 300 metres walk uphill from the parking space to the house.
Taking photos or recording video during the tour is not allowed. It’s possible to apply for a photography permission for a different time by filling in a photography request.
There are good train and bus connections to Pori. From the centre of Pori you can travel to Noormarkku by local buses 66 (Pori Kauppatori) and 64 (Pori Matkakeskus). The bus drive takes approximately 20 minutes and the walk from the bus stop to Villa Mairea takes approximately 10 minutes.

The Noormarkku Club (14 Laviantie street) serves lunch from Monday to Friday between 11-14. A la carte is open Tue-Thu 16-21. At other times meals are prepared to order.

You can take photos in Villa Mairea only if you are granted a photography permission. Photography is not allowed during the tours.
